Musim dingin kali ini tak biasa di Eropa. Suhu yang seharusnya menurun drastis, tak ditemui di sejumlah negara. Beberapa bahkan lebih panas dari biasanya.

Musim dingin kali ini menjadi sesuatu yang tak biasa di Eropa. Suhu yang seharusnya menurun drastis, tak ditemui di sejumlah negara. Suhu di Belanda, Liechtenstein, Lituania, Latvia, Republik Ceko, Polandia, Denmark, dan Belarusia memecahkan rekor nasional. Rekor regional dipecahkan di Jerman, Prancis, dan Ukraina. Suhu yang tercatat di Warsawa pada 1 Januari adalah 4 derajat celcius (C) lebih tinggi dari rekor sebelumnya untuk bulan itu.
