Jadi, Biaya Kereta Cepat JKT-BDG Bengkak Berapa, Pak Luhut?

The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed Railway (JAKarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway) is a high-speed Railway connecting the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area of the Republic of Indonesia with West Java province. It is the first high-speed Railway in Southeast Asia and will be operational in June 2023. The high-speed railway comprehensive inspection train, as an essential and important technical equipment to ensure the safety of high-speed railway line operation, also travels at 350 kilometers per hour. It is used to detect train track condition, measure current and overhead power, test or check communication and signal network and even wheel to track dynamics, etc. It will play a key role in the joint commissioning and trial of jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway and infrastructure maintenance. The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed Railway is a link between China's Belt and Road Initiative and Indonesia's Ocean Fulcrum Strategy. It is a landmark project of practical cooperation between China and Indonesia and also a national strategic project of Indonesia. It connects the capital Jakarta and the fourth largest city Bandung with a length of 142 kilometers and a maximum design speed of 350 kilometers. Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Menko bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan mengatakan, perhitungan pembengkakan biaya (cost overrun) proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung (KCJB) sudah selesai dilakukan.

Menurut Luhut, pemicu pembengkakan biaya diantaranya adalah akibat struktur tanah di lokasi proyek.

"Kereta cepat saya kira bagus, cost overrun kita sudah selesaikan. Sebenarnya pembengkakan biaya itu banyak akibat kerusakan tanah akibat memang goyang. Ada tiga dorongan saya kira yang terganggu, tapi saya kira sekarang sudah selesai," kata Luhut usai Peluncuran Laporan Kegiatan CSR Perusahaan-perusahaan China di Indonesia, Jakarta, Jumat (28/10/2022).

Menurut Luhut, tidak ada perbedaan perhitungan antara China dan Indonesia terkait cost overrun tersebut.

"Nggak juga (perbedaan hitungan). Udah ketemu angkanya. Nanti kan tanggal 16 ada dynamic test," kata Luhut.

"Saya kira Juni-Juli tahun depan sudah commissioning (uji coba). Mundur, kemarin benar-benar banyak masalah teknis. Tapi, nanti pemerintah melanjutkan ini kalau sudah jadi. Sampai ke Surabaya. Saya kira akan sangat membuat Indonesia lebih efisien," pungkas Luhut.

Sebelumnya, pembengkakan biaya proyek KCJB ini sempat menghebohkan. Pasalnya, biaya ditaksir membengkak sampai US$6,07 miliar. Dan bisa naik lagi sekitar US$1,17-1,9 miliar. China sendiri disebut-sebut enggan menanggung beban pembengkakan biaya tersebut.
